The entire experience was amazing. From the moment I walked in with my pup to leaving, she and I were both made to feel very warmed and welcomed. The front reception and nurses interacted with my dog lots which was really nice to see from an owners perspective. You could really tell that they enjoyed their job and loved the animals they cared for. The consult prior to Tilly going into surgery was lovely and I felt very comfortable leaving her here. I also got a phone call once she was in recovery which I really appreciated and was lovely that they did this. On pick up, Tilly was happy and not fussed at all about still being there and was enjoying her attention from the nurses and all staff. Very grateful and appreciative of the care she got whilst here.
