Sarah grew up on a Horse trail-riding property and deer farm in the Yarra Valley where she developed a love for animals great and small. This passion for animals followed her through university, graduating from Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga, from a double Bachelor of Applied Science in equine science and animal production, then onto Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Vet biology.
She started at Gippsland Veterinary Hospital in 2014 working in all aspects of mixed practice before honing her skills in equine and small animal practice. She has completed further training in equine dentistry and advanced equine reproduction and is currently studying for her memberships in animal reproduction.
On the weekends, when not working, Sarah can be found at championships dog shows with her 5 Hungarian Vizslas “Coco”, “Holly”, “George”, “Chinook” and “London”. She is also a competitive EA dressage rider, currently trying to find time to ride her heart horse “Esther”.
