Sandra graduated from veterinary science at Charles Sturt University, in Wagga, 2016.
Her veterinary career began with us at the Gippsland Veterinary Hospital later that year as a new graduate mixed veterinarian. Sandra has grown up on a beef and sheep property in the Monaro of South-east NSW. Her gap year was spent earning money as a rouse-about in the shearing sheds.
Sandra enjoys working with a broad range of animals, including horses, cattle, sheep, goats and companion animals. In particular, she has a keen interest in veterinary internal medicine and clinical pathology of companion animals.
Outside of work, Sandra is keen to be involved with social sports, such as netball and touch football, or a fitness boot camp.
